Project history
At the time of inspection, the coating showed significant signs of wear: the old layer of paint was peeling, the base was uneven, partially exposed and vulnerable to moisture. Such a condition created a risk of further deterioration of the base and leaks in the structure.
A partner team carried out the work on site, while our technical team ensured the selection of materials and provided recommendations regarding the technology for applying the system. The task was not only to restore the external appearance, but also to create a durable protective layer resistant to atmospheric influences and mechanical loads.
Solution
For the object, a polyurethane waterproofing system was used, designed to protect exposed structures from the effects of atmospheric factors, ultraviolet radiation, moisture, and mechanical loads. This type of coating forms a seamless elastic membrane that compensates for temperature deformations of the base and provides long-term protection of the surface without the formation of cracks and leaks. The solution was selected taking into account the condition of the base, operating conditions, and the need to obtain a wear-resistant finishing coating with stable performance characteristics.
