I am Serhii Starodubov, the founder of VERTICAL CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGIES, a third-generation builder.
My grandfather was the best stove maker in the neighborhood.
My father managed the construction of high-rise buildings and later became the chief engineer of our company.
Since I was a child, I have been working on construction sites with my father, so I know what welding smells like, the drawings in a construction booth, and the language spoken at construction meetings.
In 1999, when I was a third-year student at a construction university, I founded the company I still run today. Even then, I realized that when it comes to modern, innovative technologies, I was inspired by them.
It was important for me to understand how the technology works and how to apply it in practice. That’s how my passion was born – to search for, adapt and implement solutions that make construction faster, better, more efficient.
