In 2012 Vertical carried out restoration work on the facade of the State Institution " State Institution "I. I. Mechnikov Institute of Medical Biophysics of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine" at 14-16 Pushkinskaya Street, one of the most architecturally significant buildings designed by the outstanding Slobozhanshchina architect A. N. Beketov in 1913, which is a local architectural monument (protected monument No. 97).
At the time of the restoration work, according to the technical report, the building was in a state of disrepair. No restoration work had been carried out for more than 50 years. Many elements of the stucco decoration had been lost, and more than 50% of the architectural elements of the facade had been destroyed.
It should be noted that the management of the enterprise and the construction and restoration workers have high professional and creative potential, the enterprise has a powerful repair and construction base, and the team has strict production and technological discipline.
The facade restoration work was carried out under difficult financial conditions and in challenging weather conditions. Despite this, thanks to the high level of professional organization of labor, the work was completed in accordance with the design and estimate documentation and the work schedule.
