We present a plinth waterproofing technology using flexible polymer-modified coatings.

This allows all waterproofing work to be carried out with a single solution, reliably protecting the plinth from +30 cm above ground level to –30 cm below ground and compensating for mechanical and thermal loads.

How the technology works – step by step:

Waterproofing

1. Preparing the base

Mechanical cleaning of the surface.

2. Waterproofing

Applying waterproofing to the surface of the basement.

3. Adjacent areas (windows and doors in the basement area)

If there are windows or doors in the basement area, they must also be thoroughly waterproofed by gluing reinforcing corners and reinforcing tape.

4. Insulation

Gluing basement insulation with special adhesive.

5. Reinforced plaster layer

Plaster the insulation with reinforcing mesh.

6. Protective coating of insulation

Apply waterproofing to the basement insulation to a level approximately 5 cm above the blind area mark.

7. Protection against mechanical damage

Installation of a drainage membrane.

8. Final finishing of the insulation

Painting the basement insulation with special paint.
