Modern technology for blocking capillary moisture by injection

Horizontal wall waterproofing

How does capillary moisture destroy your home?

About 80% of all building damage is ultimately related to moisture penetration:
Unpleasant damp smell
Appearance of mold
Peeling of plaster or wallpaper near the baseboard
Peeling of facade finishes at plinth level

These symptoms indicate the absence or destruction of horizontal waterproofing in brickwork and the occurrence of capillary moisture rise.

Solution

We present a technology for capillary moisture cut-off by injection method. It is an effective, clean, and inexpensive method that practically does not create vibrations and is ideal for old buildings. An innovative cream-based product is injected into the brick joints.

As of today, this is a new and effective technology that:

Significantly simplifies the installation process
Provides high efficiency
Is suitable for any level of moisture

How the technology works – step by step:

Pump cream
1

1. Drilling holes

every 12 cm, 12 mm diameter, horizontally into the mortar joint.

2. Cleaning the holes

blow out dust with oil-free compressed air.

3. Injecting Kiesol C+

using a cartridge gun or injection equipment.

4. Sealing the holes

using WP DS Level.

5. Additional measures

Creating a vertical waterproofing barrier at least 30 cm above the injection level.

Advantages of the technology:

Efficiency

Effectively solves the problem of damp walls

Speed

Executed quickly without major repair work

Result

The results will become visible within a short time

Reliability

Capillary moisture cut-off remains effective for decades

Time

Work can be done at any time of the year regardless of ambient temperature

Economy

Significant savings on materials and labor, since this method does not require excavation

Frequently Asked Questions

What is capillary moisture and why does it appear in walls?
Capillary moisture is water that rises through the pores of building materials due to the absence or destruction of horizontal waterproofing.
How does the injection moisture cut-off technology work?
Kiesol C+ is injected into holes drilled into the brick joints — a cream that creates a waterproof barrier. Capillary rise stops.
What is Kiesol C+ and what are its advantages?
Kiesol C+ is a silane injection cream with a unique formula. It does not require preliminary testing, is suitable for any humidity level, and is WTA-certified. It works even at 95% humidity (DFG).
Can waterproofing be done in winter?
Yes, the technology is effective throughout the year because the work can also be carried out indoors. Therefore, we are not dependent on outdoor air temperature.
How long does the waterproofing procedure take?
The duration of the work depends on the area, moisture level, and technical condition of the walls. In a typical private house, waterproofing takes from 1 to 3 days. For larger or complex objects, the time frame is agreed individually after inspection.
Is this technology suitable for historic and old buildings?
Yes, the injection method is safe, does not cause vibrations, and is ideal for buildings with valuable architecture.
